Overview
If you have already applied through Supply Chain Management and found that all or some portion of your request for reimbursement was declined by your department, please submit via MyExpense to the Academic Senate (476170) for reimbursement.
The Academic Senate's Faculty Welfare Committee wholly supports this initiative, and requested funds for 2023-2024 academic year through the Senate's Chancellor's Funds, to support faculty use of it.
When you submit via MyExpense, be sure to include the same documentation you provided Milk Stork (as a PDF) so we can process promptly.
MyExpense is available in MyAccess or click here to access MyExpense direct.
