Time Use Study Task Force (TUS)

The Committee on Faculty Welfare's 2023 Time Use Study identified that invisible, undercompensated work is distributed unevenly across UCSF faculty, leading to concerns about retention and burnout. The Time Use Study Task Force is charged with identifying concrete recommendations for UCSF to address the problems associated with invisible work and burnout. The Task Force will gather data and conduct additional analyses to determine the policies and programs to address burnout that are likely to have high impact and will be feasible to implement at UCSF
