This tutorial is designed to guide you through the steps necessary to complete all of the course forms related to new, continuing, deleted, changed or modified courses at UCSF. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to download PDF forms used by the Academic Senate and the Registrar to process course requests. These forms are referred to in this tutorial.
