On behalf of Academic Senate Secretary, Professor Mary J. Malloy, MD, the Academic Senate Office is now accepting nominations to fill one School of Dentistry member seat on the Committee on Committees that will be vacated by Richard Jordan, DDS, PhD on August 31, 2009.

The term of office for the vacancy is September 1, 2009 through August 31, 2012. Only School of Dentistry faculty at any rank in an Academic Senate series (University Professor, In Residence or Professor of Clinical X, i.e. Medicine) may be nominated or support a nomination.
NOMINATION PROCESS – Two Options:
- Email your nomination, along with the names of the five (5) Senate faculty who support the nomination to heather.alden@ucsf.edu no later than Wednesday September 30, 2009. Please include the following in the subject line: Nomination of (Insert Name) for At Large Member of Committee on Committees 2009-2012
- Complete and submit the Committee on Committees At Large member 2009-2012 nomination form: http://www.ucsf.edu/senate/0-survey/preferenceforms.html no later than Wednesday September 30, 2009.
The Academic Senate Office will contact the nominee and the five supporting faculty by email to confirm the nomination. You will be notified by email when the nomination has been confirmed and completed.
